Artscape, the city’s biggest cultural event of the year, returns to the summer, scheduled to kick off on friday, august 2nd and close out on sunday, august 4th.

It debuted in baltimore in 1982 and happened every year until 2020, when its multiyear hiatus started. The festival made its return in 2023 and looks to be going.
